It’s a prediction all right.
This could only happen on a video game
The only near accurate prediction I could tell is that you’re a very biased New Yorker.
Do you realize that for every game a team wins, that someone else has to lose?
The total wins (and obviously losses) in the league should be 2430 (unless someone’s game 162 is cancelled)
You have over 2600 wins listed here. This might possibly be the worst set of predictions ever posted by someone more than 10 years old.
My apologies if you aren’t over 10 years old.
rangers loosing to indians i cant see it, rangers to me are the hottest team in baseball. top 3
1.rangers
2.dodgers
3.yankees.
I think that the Boston Red Sox will NOT be finishing LAST in the AL East. Troll.
I was totally with you until the end.
@Jandy
TROLL! Are you serious. bro? Your the troll. Just take a good look at YOUR questions my friend.
nats won’t win that many games this year, mets will definently not make it to the playoffs, red sox won’t lose 100, and indians won’t win the division over the tigers
Wow! That is a prediction. Yeah you have a couple hundred too many wins in there but I get your point. From someone that has done this a long-time, picking exact wins especially in baseball is very hard and time consuming to make sure all numbers line up correctly. Just picking the order will due most times. Actual records are more fun though. I can tell that you spent a lot of time on this though. Some of these guys are kinda being hard on ya! Anyway, lets get to the picks!!
100 games is a lot to win in the A.L. East this year. I really dont think that the Red Sox are going to be that bad all year long. I think that they will finish above .500. I don’t think Toronto will be as good as you do. They have some real outfield problems with Rasmus in center. I think the Yankees winning the division is a good pick.
I don’t see a way that Detroit doesn’t win the Central. They have just made too many upgrades, and overall the division is poor as usual. I think you can throw Minnessota, Chicago and Cleveland all in a bunch in the middle, with the Royals at the bottom of course. I had more faith in the Royals before the year but horrible start.
I think the Angels will step up and challenge Texas in the West if they can pull it together over the next 25 games or so and stop lossing ground to Texas. Texas will be a hard team to catch up too. I like the Angels over Texas, but could swing either way come games 160 – 162.
I think the Angels beat the Yankees to go to the World Series.
I can’t buy the Nationals…yet. I have to give them one more year to get it all pulled together. Harper will be up by All-Star break, if not sooner. I think the Braves are in bad shape overall. Miami is a crap shoot at this point. They are going to need at least another year. I have to go with the Phillies if they can get past these early injuries. They like the Angels can’t let the lead become to large, too early. I think the Phillies win the division by a couple of games. Changes to the guard in that division are coming for sure.
I’ll take the Cardinals in the Central as well. I don’t buy into the Pirates like you. I think that the Pirates are like the Royals about 5 years ago when they finished aboove .500. I like the Pirates down at the bottom with Houston and Chicago. Reds and Brewers are a toss up for 2nd/3rd. Cardinals win division fairly easy.
I don’t think the Dodgers are this good. Have a lot of surge power early though. I think that the Diamondbacks are a better overall team. I will take the Diamonbacks over the Dodgers in the long run. Another good division though. They won’t get the coverage that they deserve.
I think that things will get screwy come playoff time in the National League. I think the Nationals rip through with the wildcard to take the Cardinals to a game 6 or 7 but will come up short.
Sir Albert plays another World Series at Busch….and WINS at Busch again…
Angels beat St. Louis Cardinals in 5 Games (6 if St. Louis gets homefield advantage)
Good Luck with your picks.
American League East: Yes, I have to agree I think the Yankees and Rays will finish one-two. However, Toronto will have less wins, and Boston will have more. Baltimore looks about right.
American League Central: There is about the same chance that the Indians will win that division, then my hitting the lottery without purchasing a ticket. In other words, no chance in hell.
American League West: The Mariners will come no where NEAR 93 wins! Not a chance at all. They would be lucky to get 75, let alone 93. And the Athletics starting pitching is way to young to produce an 80 win season. Angels will be much better than what they are put at.
National League East: The Philadelphia Phillies will NOT be in LAST PLACE! They might be old, but not that old! The Mets will not come in second, or third for that matter. And the Nationals aren’t going to keep up this progression during the season. They have a fat chance at 100 wins, and a division title.
National League Central: Disagree with just about everything here. Cardinals will not get 100 wins, the Pirates will come nowhere close to 97. The Reds will have fewer than 91 wins. The Brewers will come in second place. And the Cubs and Astro’s records I disagree with.
National League West: Too many wins for the Rockies, and Giants. Fewer wins for the Padres as well.
Now don’t get discouraged. I liked that you put together this display, and I wish more people did it as well. Here are my predictions.
